Wisdom Education International Holdings Company Limited (06068) published its monthly return for the period ended 30 November 2025. The authorized share capital remained at 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 per share, totaling HKD 100,000,000.

The total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) remained at 2,178,154,000 with zero treasury shares, indicating no movement in issued share capital during the reporting period.

According to the share option scheme approved on 03 January 2017, there were no share options exercised, and no funds were raised. As of the end of November, the maximum number of shares that may be issued under the scheme stood at 189,000,000. No warrants, convertibles, or other arrangements to issue shares were in effect, and treasury shares remained unchanged.
