Xinda Investment Holdings Limited issued a notification on 16 April 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company website (www.xindaholdings.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

To encourage digital access, the board recommends stakeholders read the web-based version. Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulty with online access may obtain hard copies free of charge by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, or by emailing 1281-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding Xinda Investment shares through intermediaries such as banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees should provide a functional email address to those intermediaries to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications. If no email is supplied, only printed notices of publication will be dispatched.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 during weekday business hours. Chairman Wei Qiang signed the notice on behalf of the board.
