KEEP repurchases 200,000 shares for HKD 0.59 million; treasury stock climbs to 5.53 million shares

KEEP (HKEX: 03650) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 19 May 2026, reporting an on-market buy-back of 200,000 ordinary shares the same day. The shares were repurchased at prices between HKD 2.92 and HKD 2.98, at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 2.95, for a total consideration of HKD 0.59 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.04% to 504.74 million. • Treasury shares rose to 5.53 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 510.28 million.

Share repurchases pending cancellation now stand at 3.52 million shares, accumulated through multiple buy-backs executed between 6 January and 15 April 2026 at prices ranging from HKD 2.91 to HKD 3.92.

Under the buy-back mandate approved on 25 June 2025, KEEP is authorised to repurchase up to 51.44 million shares. To date, 9.71 million shares—approximately 1.89% of the share base on the mandate date—have been repurchased, leaving 41.74 million shares of capacity.

In line with HKEX Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 18 June 2026.
