Bulletin Express04-30 22:25

China Youran Dairy Group Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its latest corporate communication—comprising (1) a connected transaction involving the subscription of new shares under a specific mandate, (2) an application for a whitewash waiver, and (3) the notice of an extraordinary general meeting (EGM)—are now available on both the company’s website (www.yourandairy.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders can access the documents online under the “Investor Relations” section or request printed copies at no cost through the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. Shareholders who have not yet provided a functional email address are encouraged to do so to receive electronic notices of future corporate communications and actionable documents.

The circular provides detailed information on the connected share subscription, outlines the terms of the whitewash waiver application, and sets out arrangements for the forthcoming EGM, where shareholders will vote on the proposed resolutions. A proxy form is enclosed for those receiving printed materials.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours. Chairman and Executive Director Hao Haijun signed the notification on behalf of the board.
