CMSC Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB 4.49 per 10 Shares, Payable on 30 August 2026

China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. (CMSC) declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 4.49 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to an announcement dated 27 March 2026. Shareholder approval will be sought at a forthcoming meeting (date yet to be disclosed).

The dividend will be distributed on 30 August 2026. Payment to Hong Kong-registered shareholders will be made in Hong Kong dollars; the exchange rate and other key timetable details—including ex-dividend date, record date, and book-closure period—will be announced later.

Withholding-tax framework: • Non-resident enterprises: 10% • Non-resident individuals: 10%, with potential reductions to treaty rates below 10% upon application; 20% where no treaty applies • Mainland investors accessing H-shares via Stock Connect: 20% for individual investors and mainland securities investment funds; domestic enterprise investors are responsible for self-reporting and may qualify for exemptions after 12 consecutive months of holding

No listed warrants or convertible securities are outstanding. The board currently comprises two executive directors, nine non-executive directors (including one employee representative), and five independent non-executive directors.
