Public Float Compliance • CALB confirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D, noting that the H-share public float remains above the minimum initial threshold of 13.08 % of the class’s issued shares.

Capital Instruments and Other Movements • The return reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or other agreements that could dilute the current share capital.
