VSING (08292) has announced that Independent Non-executive Director Mr. Ma Jianxiong passed away on April 6, 2026. Mr. Ma served as a member of both the company's Audit Committee and Compensation Committee, as well as Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Following his passing, the Board of Directors declared that Executive Director Mr. Li Guoxi has been appointed as a member of the Compensation Committee, while Independent Non-executive Director Ms. Huang Kaixin has been appointed as Chairperson and member of the Nomination Committee. Both appointments are effective from April 13, 2026.
