CGS Secures CSRC Approval to Issue Up to RMB50.00 Billion in Corporate Bonds

According to an announcement filed on 17 July 2026, China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) has received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to register corporate bonds with a total nominal value of up to RMB50.00 billion.

The approval remains valid for 24 months, allowing CGS to conduct multiple tranche issuances to professional investors within that period.

The company stated it will handle the bond issuance in line with relevant laws, regulations and the CSRC approval, and will continue to meet its information-disclosure obligations.

Chairman and Executive Director Wang Sheng signed the announcement on behalf of the board.
