Wall Street's main indexes dropped on Friday as the Iran war approached its fourth week, roiling energy markets and prompting investors to aggressively reprice bets on the Federal Reserve's interest-rate cuts.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.30%. The S&P 500 fell 0.68%, while the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.08%.

Big tech stocks dropped in morning trading. Oracle, Palantir, and Tesla fell 3%; TSMC, Meta, and Alphabet fell 2%; Microsoft, Nvidia, Broadcom, and Amazon fell 1%.
