Sino Harbour: Chairman Acquires 9.26 Million Shares at HK$0.052, Strengthening Ownership Position

Sino Harbour Holdings Group Limited (Sino Harbour) disclosed that Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Mr. Wong Lam Ping increased his direct stake by purchasing 9.26 million ordinary shares in the open market on 27 August 2026. The shares were bought at an average price of HK$0.052, with a peak transaction price of HK$0.053, implying an outlay of roughly HK$0.48 million.

Mr. Wong is already a substantial shareholder of the company; he is also the husband of Ms. Chan Heung Ling and the father of Mr. Wong Lui, who serves as an executive director and is likewise a substantial shareholder.

The board, now comprising eight directors—including four executive directors (Mr. Wong Lam Ping, Mr. Shi Feng, Mr. Wong Lui and Ms. Gao Lan), one non-executive director (Mr. Chan Kin Sang) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Xie Gang, Mr. He Dingding and Mr. Wong Ping Kuen)—has reminded shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities following the transaction announcement.
