Digital transformation provider Grid Dynamics Holdings Inc. announced on July 29 that its enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions are seeing widespread market adoption. The company has simultaneously launched a massive engineer certification program and expanded its GAIN platform.
Grid Dynamics has established partnerships with AI companies Anthropic and OpenAI, targeting the completion of training and certification for 90% of its engineers on relevant platforms by the end of October 2026.
The company's GAIN platform employs advanced agentic meta-orchestration technology, integrating capabilities such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI Codex. This technology is used to orchestrate multi-step workflows, automate knowledge-intensive processes, and enable intelligent collaboration between human experts and AI systems.
Grid Dynamics noted that enterprise demand has shifted significantly over the past year—organizations are moving from AI experimentation phases toward production-scale deployment. Enterprises in industries such as retail, financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods, and logistics are deploying its solutions to seek quantifiable business returns.
Recently, Grid Dynamics expanded its agentic orchestration technology deployment to over 500 engineers at a major North American home improvement retailer, marking one of several large-scale enterprise deployments the company has recently completed.
Rahul Bindlish, Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships and Marketing, stated that enterprise AI has entered a new phase, with companies building AI-native operating models, and that the GAIN platform helps clients achieve operationalized agentic AI at scale.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley and founded in 2006, Grid Dynamics serves as an AI transformation partner for Fortune 1000 companies, with offices located in the Americas, Europe, and India.
