Without a grand stage, only gathered colleagues and a warm atmosphere, the event kicked off with the song "Roll Up Our Sleeves and Work Hard." The familiar melody resonated with the indomitable spirit of coal miners overcoming challenges. The heartfelt song "I Want to Tell You Loudly" and the touching recitation "Home, Mine, and Sentiment" expressed deep affection and passion for the mine. Recently, a simple yet lively performance was held in the conference room of the North Shaft at Jizhong Energy Resources Co., Ltd.'s Dongpang Mine.
As the mine enters the critical final stage of annual safety production, the union organized the "Delivering Culture, Warmth, and Blessings" team activities to boost morale and unity, continuously providing frontline workers with care and encouragement.
When the cultural performance team arrived at the Xipang Shaft, many workers who had just finished their shifts were pleasantly surprised. "This warm breeze has finally reached us! At this crucial moment, watching such wonderful performances and receiving thoughtful gifts truly warms our hearts," one worker shared. "This is not just relaxation but also motivation. We will live up to expectations, stand firm at every post, and give our all to achieve production targets!"
The activity has been ongoing for two weeks, reaching 13 grassroots teams and serving over 700 workers, spreading warmth and blessings to the frontline of production.
A union representative stated, "We are now in the most demanding phase of the year-end push. Through these activities, we aim to transform care for our workers into tangible motivation. We will unite and lead all employees with full enthusiasm and high morale, ensuring we complete the year’s goals successfully."
