CON AERO TECH: Weiss Asset Management Enters USD 9.17 Million in Derivative Contracts Ahead of Proposed Delisting

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) reported that Weiss Asset Management LP, classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company, disclosed new dealings in the company’s shares on 17 September 2026.

Weiss Asset Management entered into two derivative contracts referencing a combined 19.21 million CON AERO TECH shares, both maturing on 15 December 2026. The larger position covers 19.00 million shares at a reference price of USD 0.4775 per share, representing a cash consideration of USD 9.07 million. A second contract involves 0.21 million shares at USD 0.4750 per share, adding USD 0.10 million.

Following these transactions, Weiss Asset Management’s resultant balance linked to CON AERO TECH stands at 956.59 million shares. All trades were executed on behalf of discretionary investment clients. The disclosure forms part of the ongoing procedures related to the company’s proposed delisting under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
