Under the MOU, both parties will collaborate to develop a series of AI-generated animated shows based on the exclusive IP of IMPERIUM TEC GP's Nova Esports Club, featuring player career highlights, team struggles, personal growth stories, and esports culture. The partnership aims to combine human creativity with AI generation technology to promote Nova Esports Club's brand and enhance business growth through AI-powered IP development.
