Ruisen Life Service Faces Delisting After Failing to Meet Resumption Requirements

Ruisen Life Service Co, Limited announced that it received a letter on 20 March 2026 from Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited confirming the Listing Committee’s decision to cancel the company’s listing status.

The Committee determined that Ruisen Life Service did not satisfy the resumption guidance by the prescribed deadline of 27 February 2026, invoking Listing Rules 6.01A(1) and 6.01(4). Consequently, the company’s shares will have their last day of listing on 8 April 2026, with cancellation effective at 9:00 a.m. on 9 April 2026.

Trading in Ruisen Life Service shares has been suspended since 9:04 a.m. on 28 August 2024 and will remain suspended. The board advises shareholders and potential investors to seek professional advice regarding the implications of the delisting. Further announcements will be made in accordance with Listing Rule requirements.

As of 31 March 2026, the board consists of Executive Director and Chairman Pan Xiaohu, Non-Executive Directors Yao Ning and Zhang Mingming, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Tang Wai Ha, Li Yougen, and Mao Ning.
