The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$803.9708 per share, resulting in a total consideration of around HK$20.662 million.
Following this acquisition, UBS Group AG's total shareholding in the company has risen to roughly 2.0017 million shares. This represents a holding percentage of 6.02% of the issued share capital.
