LUFAX Receives NYSE Notification Confirming Compliance with Continued Listing Standards

Deep News05-07

LUFAX (06623) has announced that the company received a letter dated April 30, 2026, from the NYSE, confirming that the company has timely submitted its periodic reports to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is in compliance with Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual. As a result, the company will be removed from the NYSE's list of late filers, and the late filing designation associated with its securities will be removed from the NYSE's system.

As previously disclosed, the company delayed the submission of its 2024 Form 20-F annual report due to a change in its auditor. LUFAX appointed Ernst & Young and Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP as its new auditors in 2025 and subsequently received approval from the NYSE to extend the deadline for filing the 2024 Form 20-F to April 30, 2026.

The company submitted the 2024 Form 20-F to the SEC on February 17, 2026, within the extension period approved by the NYSE. Subsequently, on April 30, 2026, LUFAX filed a Form 6-K containing semi-annual financial statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2025, thereby bringing its periodic SEC filings up to date and ensuring compliance with Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.
