MCC (01618) has issued an announcement stating that Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned from her position as joint company secretary, effective March 30, 2026, following the expiration of the contract with the company's current company secretarial service provider. Mr. Chang Qi will remain as one of the joint company secretaries. The Board of Directors also announced that Ms. Zhu Bimin has been appointed as a joint company secretary, effective from March 30, 2026.
