RUSAL: ACRA Withdraws A+(RU) Rating on BO-001R-06 Exchange-Traded Bonds After Full Redemption

United Company RUSAL, International Public Joint-Stock Company, announced that Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) has withdrawn the A+(RU) credit rating on the company’s BO-001R-06 exchange-traded bonds following the bonds’ redemption on 07 August 2026.

The affected securities are non-documentary, interest-bearing, non-convertible exchange-traded bonds (ISIN: RU000A107RH8) issued under RUSAL’s 001R bond programme (registration No. 4-16677-A-001P-02E, individual issue No. 4В02-06-16677-A-001Р dated 02 February 2024).

According to the notice, the rating change applies exclusively to the redeemed bonds and does not address RUSAL’s corporate credit profile. ACRA’s evaluation was conducted under its national-scale methodology for the Russian Federation.

The event date specified in the filing is 07 August 2026.
