Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd. announced that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.

The meeting’s agenda includes: 1. Reviewing and approving the consolidated third-quarter results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026. 2. Authorizing the publication of those results on the same date. 3. Addressing any additional business matters, if required.

The notice, dated 15 October 2026, also reconfirms the current board composition: Non-executive Directors—Mr. Zhang Wanzhen and Mr. Chen Guixu; Executive Directors—Mr. Li Gang (Chairman), Mr. Ma Yanhong and Mr. Qiu Jihua; Independent Non-executive Directors—Mr. Jiang Lijun, Mr. Su Yanqi and Ms. Wong Sze Wing.
