On May 15th, Jilin Internet Media Co., Ltd. held a significant strategic cooperation signing ceremony during the Third Northeast Book Trade Expo. The company successively established strategic partnerships with Jilin Supply and Marketing Group Co., Ltd., Longxiang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Hainan Huanlang Culture Development Co., Ltd. This collaboration brings together key provincial state-owned enterprises and industry leaders, leveraging their respective strengths to empower cultural development, rural revitalization, and digital economy construction through cross-border integration, injecting robust momentum into Jilin's comprehensive revitalization. The signings represent a practical move to implement national strategies and deepen government-enterprise cooperation, marking a significant milestone of strong alliances, resource sharing, and mutual benefit among key provincial enterprises. Leaders and guests, including Zhang Yan, Party Secretary and Chairman of Ji Net Media; Feng Yuchun, Party Leadership Group Member, Deputy Director of the Council, Party Secretary, and Chairman of the Provincial Supply and Marketing Group Company; Niu Shuguang, Deputy General Manager of Longxiang Group; and Bai Xiaolong, General Manager of Hainan Huanlang Culture, attended the event to witness the three strategic cooperation signings.
The first signing formed an alliance between Ji Net Media and the Provincial Supply and Marketing Group. As a key provincial state-owned cultural enterprise and an authoritative mainstream online media, Ji Net Media has long focused on integrated media communication, digital e-commerce operations, and agricultural support brand building, possessing strong credibility, communication power, and resource integration capabilities. The Provincial Supply and Marketing Group is a backbone force serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers in the province, with deep foundations and comprehensive channels in agricultural product circulation, supply chain system construction, and urban-rural market services. Both parties will concentrate on five key areas: brand promotion, live-streaming e-commerce, joint supply chain development, production-marketing linkage, and talent cultivation. They aim to build an integrated "media + agriculture + e-commerce + supply chain" model to support agriculture, promote the upward movement of high-quality Jilin agricultural products, and empower rural revitalization and high-quality development of modern agriculture.
The second signing solidified cooperation between Ji Net Media and Longxiang Investment Holding Group. As a large state-owned enterprise in Changchun New Area and a specialized urban construction and operation entity, Longxiang Group holds prominent advantages in cultural tourism operations, urban services, and physical industry layout. The two sides will deepen collaboration in areas such as Beihu brand communication, cultural tourism activity incubation, cultural and creative IP development, and promotion of new quality productive forces. By adopting an integrated model of "digital technology + physical industry," they aim to enhance the Beihu city brand, upgrade cultural tourism and creative industries, and contribute to the broader goals of building a "Digital Jilin" and a "Strong Cultural Province."
Finally, Ji Net Media reached a strategic consensus with Hainan Huanlang Culture. Leveraging the locational advantages of the free trade port, Huanlang Culture specializes in cultural content creation, tourism planning and operations, and digital IP development, with mature performance resources and experience in managing cultural tourism projects. The two parties will engage in in-depth cooperation in digital cultural creation, content co-construction, and cultural tourism integration. By blending Jilin's folk culture, ice and snow elements, and trendy music, they plan to create immersive new landmarks in cultural tourism, address gaps in Northeast China's music and tourism sectors, attract consumer traffic, drive employment, and assist in the upgrading of Jilin's cultural tourism industry.
These three concentrated signings signify that Ji Net Media's partnership landscape is advancing to deeper and broader levels. Moving forward, Ji Net Media will align closely with its three partners to progress together. With the responsibility of a state-owned enterprise, it aims to empower rural industries, urban development, and cultural tourism innovation, pooling diverse resources and consolidating development synergy to collectively write a new chapter of high-quality development for Jilin in the new era.
