Fenbi Ltd. (FENBI) has expanded its top management team, appointing Mr. Luo Chengxing and Mr. Zhou Xiang as executive directors with effect from 4 September 2026. The decision, approved by the Board of Directors, aligns senior leadership with the Group’s geographic growth priorities in Southwest China.
Mr. Luo Chengxing (41) currently serves as Vice President and Head of Schools for the Yunnan–Guizhou–Guangxi region. He also leads the Group’s college application advisory and graduate employment projects. Since joining Fenbi in June 2015, Mr. Luo has held multiple senior posts, including legal representative of several core domestic subsidiaries since July 2026. He owns 799,990 ordinary shares and 325,000 unvested restricted shares under the 2023 Restricted Share Unit Scheme.
Mr. Zhou Xiang (38) is Vice President and Head of Schools for the Sichuan–Chongqing region, having joined the Group in April 2021. Prior to Fenbi, Mr. Zhou spent nearly eight years at the Sichuan branch of China Development Bank, focusing on industry and regional credit. He holds 21,866 ordinary shares and 157,750 unvested restricted shares under the same 2023 plan.
Both executives have signed three-year appointment letters. They will not receive additional director’s fees beyond existing compensation for their management roles and will stand for re-election at the next annual general meeting. Either party may terminate the appointment with at least three months’ written notice.
The company confirmed that neither executive has undisclosed relationships with other directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders, nor any additional public directorships within the past three years. Both have acknowledged their obligations under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules.
Following the appointments, Fenbi’s Board comprises five executive and non-executive directors alongside three independent non-executive directors, chaired by Ms. Sheng Haiyan.
