Tianshun Supply Chain Reports 2025 Financials: Revenue and Profit Decline, Net Loss Recorded, Assets Shrink

Deep News03-12

Tianshun Supply Chain Co.,Ltd. recently disclosed its 2025 annual financial results. Influenced by multiple factors, the company experienced a dual decline in both operating revenue and net profit, shifting from a profit to a loss. However, net cash flow from operating activities showed significant improvement, turning positive.

The annual report data indicates that Tianshun Supply Chain achieved operating revenue of 1.137 billion yuan in 2025, a decrease of 25.69% compared to 1.530 billion yuan in 2024. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was -23.83 million yuan, a sharp decline of 367.29% from the 8.917 million yuan profit in 2024, resulting in a shift from profitability to loss. Net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was -25.54 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 401.75%, indicating a decline in the profitability of its core business operations.

As of the end of 2025, the company's total assets stood at 980 million yuan, a reduction of 14.65% compared to 1.149 billion yuan at the end of 2024. Net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company were 492 million yuan, a decrease of 5.14% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were -0.1565 yuan, compared to 0.0586 yuan in the same period last year. The weighted average return on equity was -4.70%, down by 6.42 percentage points from 1.72% in 2024.

Despite pressure on revenue and profit, the net cash flow generated from the company's operating activities was a notable highlight. In 2025, this metric reached 56.59 million yuan, a substantial increase of 118.44% compared to -307 million yuan in 2024, achieving a turnaround from negative to positive. This suggests the company has made some progress in cash flow management, accounts receivable collection, or cost control, indicating a recovery in its operational cash-generating capability.

Facing the performance downturn in 2025, Tianshun Supply Chain may need to further optimize its business structure and enhance profitability while consolidating the improving trend in cash flow. Market observers point out that the positive cash flow provides a safety cushion for subsequent operations, but reversing the net loss still depends on a recovery in the core business.
