Participation Metrics A total of 210.33 million shares were eligible to vote; approximately 68% of them—representing 143.98 million shares—were cast on the headline resolutions. No shareholders were required to abstain, and there were no votes lodged against the share-buyback proposal.
Governance Notes All directors, including Chairman William Lei Ding, attended the meeting, and Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer.
