GENFLEET-B (02595) has announced that Wu Dongcheng has resigned from his positions as Co-Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for Service of Legal Process, effective March 24, 2026. The resignation was submitted to allow him to reallocate his professional commitments and achieve deeper involvement in client business and strategic management. Huang Meifeng has been appointed as the new Co-Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for Service of Legal Process, effective from the same date. Zhang Wei will continue to serve as the company's other Co-Company Secretary.
