Ajisen (China) Holdings Limited has cautioned shareholders and prospective investors that profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is expected to be no higher than RMB20.00 million, down from approximately RMB24.20 million a year earlier. The projected decline of roughly 17.36 % stems mainly from higher other operating expenses and reduced rental income.
Management noted that the figures are based on unaudited consolidated management accounts and may be adjusted during the final review. The company plans to release full interim results by the end of August 2026.
Ajisen (China) advises investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities until the finalized interim results are published.
