ZJLD Holds Peak Season Mobilization Meeting with Key Speeches from Leadership

Deep News11-03

On November 2, ZJLD Group convened a peak season mobilization meeting for its subsidiary Guizhou Zhenjiu, summarizing market development achievements and outlining priorities for the next phase. Chairman Wu Xiangdong delivered remarks, emphasizing quality-driven growth and strategic collaboration. Over 2,000 attendees, including President Tang Xiangyang, senior executives, regional managers, and frontline staff, participated online and offline.

Despite macroeconomic headwinds, sluggish consumption, and industry-wide challenges in the liquor sector, ZJLD has capitalized on opportunities through innovation. Since May, its "10K Merchant Alliance" initiative has attracted over 3,500 partners. The premium product "Dazhen·Zhenjiu," now available across 30 provinces and 250 cities, ranks as the top-selling mid-to-high-end白酒newcomer nationwide.

Wu stressed that market expansion must prioritize quality control via stringent partner vetting, service excellence for sustainable client relationships, and unified efforts to amplify brand IP. He urged teams to strengthen fundamentals—from product refinement to talent development—to achieve ambitious goals.

President Tang outlined plans to pivot from scale-driven growth to value creation, centering on consumer needs and leveraging the merchant alliance to drive organizational reforms.

The meeting honored 165 outstanding employees for market-building contributions, with awardees sharing best practices. Attendees pledged to emulate top performers, embracing responsibility and perseverance to propel the company forward.
