Viewtrix Technology Co., Ltd (VIEWTRIX TECH) announced the appointment of Mr. An Nan as Financial Director, effective 21 July 2026.

Mr. An, 34, holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and finance from Nankai University (June 2014) and a master’s degree in finance from Case Western Reserve University (January 2016). He joins VIEWTRIX TECH after a decade at CITIC Securities’ Investment Banking Management Committee, where he served as director and sponsor representative and led multiple domestic and overseas IPOs and follow-on capital-market transactions.

The Board stated that the company maintains a robust financial management and internal control framework and expects Mr. An’s experience across A-share and H-share markets, refinancing transactions and financial strategy to enhance financial governance, capital planning and regulatory compliance, supporting long-term growth in VIEWTRIX TECH’s semiconductor-related businesses.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises two executive directors (Dr. Gu Jing and Mr. Han Zhiyong), two non-executive directors (Ms. Zhan Jing and Mr. Zhou Zhifeng) and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Jiang Yimin, Ms. Zhou Xinru and Mr. Chang Eric Jackson).
