Chicmax Repurchases 399,600 H Shares, Outstanding Float Falls to 202.04 Million

Shanghai Chicmax Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (Chicmax) disclosed that it bought back 399,600 H shares on 16 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchase was executed at prices ranging from HKD 21.66 to HKD 22.50 per share, representing a volume-weighted average repurchase price of approximately HKD 21.86. Total consideration amounted to HKD 8.74 million.

Following the transaction, Chicmax’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.20 % to 202.04 million shares. Treasury stock rose to 4.48 million shares, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 206.52 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 8 May 2026 authorising the company to repurchase up to 20.64 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 4.48 million shares, equal to 2.17 % of the issued share base on the mandate date. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Chicmax is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 16 October 2026.
