On April 27, a specialized "Dual Hundred Linkage" aerospace industry matching event was successfully held in Liaoning's "Elite Meeting Space." Organized by the Shenyang Municipal Committee Organization Department and hosted by the Shenbei New District, this gathering followed the first session on April 16, aiming to deepen the initiative linking 100 high-level talents with 100 entrepreneurs and 100 technological innovations with 100 key enterprises. Over 70 experts, scholars, and corporate leaders from universities, research institutions, and major aerospace companies across the province participated, discussing industry opportunities and collaborative development.
The event focused on advancing emerging aerospace industrial clusters, featuring segments such as key park promotions, demand releases, achievement showcases, and partnership signings. Shenbei New District officials highlighted the advantages, scale, and development direction of Shenyang Aerospace City. Three enterprises, including Shenyang Zhiji Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Baolong Aircraft Parts Co., Ltd., presented their technical needs. Four academic institutions, such as the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shenyang Aerospace University, introduced technological innovations. Six industry-academia-research collaboration projects were successfully signed, including one between Shenyang Tianda Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. and Professor Wang Hequan's team from Shenyang Aerospace University. Additionally, the Shenyang Industrial Technology Research Institute and the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau outlined industrial incubation strategies and support policies.
During the matching session, experts and companies engaged in in-depth discussions, with the "Shenyang Aerospace Industry Enterprise Technical Needs and Scientific Achievements Directory" becoming a highly sought-after resource. This directory clearly outlined various technical demands and research outcomes, facilitating precise connections between supply and demand. Liang Lijun, Deputy General Manager of Shenyang Baolong Aircraft Parts Co., Ltd., a supplier to Shenyang Aircraft Corporation, remarked, "Previously, seeking technology was like finding a matching puzzle piece blindly. Now, this directory provides the complete picture, showing us exactly where to focus." The session saw enthusiastic participation, with over 30 enterprises holding detailed talks with university experts. Ba Chunyu, Technical Lead at Shenyang Tianqimo Aviation Components Co., Ltd., expressed excitement, stating, "This event enabled direct dialogue with aerospace expert teams, achieving unprecedented efficiency and tangible results."
Since its launch, the "Dual Hundred Linkage" program, meticulously arranged by the Shenyang Municipal Committee Organization Department, has successfully connected over 300 project outcomes, supporting the development of a modern "3+4+3" industrial system. Moving forward, efforts will continue to leverage the platform's strengths, improve service mechanisms for achievement transformation, and promote more local applications of scientific and technological innovations. This initiative aims to convert technological advantages into high-quality development gains, providing robust talent and intellectual support for a strong start to Shenyang's 15th Five-Year Plan period.
