RIMAG GROUP (02522) has announced that Ms. Zhang Xiao has stepped down from her positions as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and Agent for Service of Process and Notices in Hong Kong, as required under Rule 19A.13(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from August 25, 2026.

Ms. Ip Man Wai has been appointed to succeed Ms. Zhang as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for Service of Process, also effective from August 25, 2026. Ms. Ho Ying Fei will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary of the company.
