The U.S. Department of the Treasury has issued a license permitting the sale of certain Russian oil cargoes, as announced on its official website. The authorization is valid for sales completed by June 17th.
The license applies specifically to crude oil and petroleum products that were already loaded onto vessels by April 17th.
