China Merchants Port Holdings Company Limited (00144) reported that, effective 24 October 2025, Executive Director Mr. Tu Xiaoping has resigned due to retirement. With his departure, Mr. Tu will also step down from his position as a member of the company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee. The board expressed gratitude for his service and noted that no matters relating to his resignation require the attention of shareholders.
From 24 October 2025 onward, the ESG Committee will comprise five members: Mr. Xu Song, Mr. Yim Kong, Mr. Lu Yongxin, and Mr. Wong Chi Wing, with Mr. Feng Boming serving as chairman.
