Stock News10-31

CARPENTER TAN (00837) announced that in October 2025, the group finalized the location for its first flagship store at 3.3 Building in Sanlitun, Beijing (Beijing Flagship Store). The project has entered the design and construction phase, with exterior barriers already installed, and is expected to open in early 2026. Situated in the prime Chaoyang District near Taikoo Li, the flagship store leverages Sanlitun 3.3 Building’s reputation as a hub of urban trends and cultural vibrancy, making it one of Beijing’s most influential commercial landmarks.

The Beijing Flagship Store marks a pivotal step in CARPENTER TAN’s brand elevation strategy. In recent years, the company has actively pursued brand revitalization, evolving its logo and store designs—from first-generation to third-generation concepts and even Morandi-themed outlets—reflecting its continuous exploration of visual and spatial expression. Against this backdrop, the Beijing Flagship Store represents a strategic move to further enhance brand image and expand experiential boundaries.

For the store’s spatial design, the group enlisted renowned designer Jia Wei as artistic consultant, integrating the core philosophy of "Art + Wood + Humanity" with Song Dynasty aesthetics. Rooted in Eastern philosophy, the design emphasizes harmony between humans and nature, creating an immersive space that blends artistic sophistication with cultural warmth. Spanning approximately 300 square meters, the store transcends mere product display, offering an aesthetic narrative of art, woodcraft, and humanistic values.

The Beijing Flagship Store signifies CARPENTER TAN’s transition from standalone product sales to integrated cultural dissemination and brand value output. Moving forward, the group will deepen experiential services and cultural content to strengthen consumer engagement, positioning itself as a pioneer and practitioner of Eastern lifestyle aesthetics.
