New China Life Insurance (01336) Receives NFRA Approval for Articles Amendments and Abolishes Board of Supervisors

New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. (01336) has officially obtained approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) regarding amendments to its Articles of Association. These amendments, passed by the company’s 2025 Third Extraordinary General Meeting on 31 October 2025, align with relevant regulations and reflect the company’s governance practices.

Following NFRA’s approval, the amended Articles of Association took effect, and the Board of Supervisors was abolished. The Rules of Procedures of the Board of Supervisors have been terminated accordingly, resulting in the cessation of duties for four supervisors. They confirmed there were no disagreements with the company or any matters requiring further shareholder attention.
