BUD APAC Keeps Share Count Flat in August 2026; Trims 58K Options and 126K RSUs

Budweiser Brewing Company APAC Limited (BUD APAC) has reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

The company’s authorised capital stayed at 18.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, equivalent to total authorised share capital of USD 0.18 million. Issued shares remained constant at 13.24 billion, and BUD APAC continued to hold zero treasury shares, leaving total issued share capital unchanged.

BUD APAC affirmed that its public float comfortably satisfies the 12.61% minimum requirement stipulated by Main Board Rule 13.32B.

Equity incentive activity was limited to cancellations. The Discretionary Long-Term Incentive Plan saw 57,788 share options cancelled, trimming the outstanding balance to 52.71 million. No options were exercised and no funds were raised. Separately, 126,264 Restricted Stock Units across four share-based compensation plans were cancelled; no new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred as a result.

With no equity issuance, repurchase or treasury share activity recorded, the company’s capital base and shareholder structure remained stable through August 2026.
