China Traditional Chinese Medicine Holdings Co. Limited (Stock Code: 570) announced that, effective 26 November 2025, Director Mr. LIU Haijian has been re-designated as a member of the Remuneration and Evaluation Committee and ceased to be a member of the Strategic Committee.
The board stated that this move is expected to strengthen professional judgment and align remuneration practices more closely with long-term performance and shareholder value growth, thereby enhancing overall corporate governance. The board also extended a warm welcome to Mr. LIU for his new role in the Remuneration and Evaluation Committee.
