On December 17, Kanzhun Limited (BOSS Zhipin) released a special governance announcement targeting violations involving job seekers being charged fees. The platform has launched a campaign to protect job seekers' rights, focusing on deceptive practices such as recruitment schemes that actually impose fees. Key areas of enforcement include truck drivers, ride-hailing drivers, food delivery riders being pressured into vehicle leasing or purchases, training programs with hidden loan fees, and modeling/portfolio packaging charges.
In November 2025, Kanzhun Limited took action against 16,700 accounts involved in such violations and sent over 4 million risk alerts to job seekers. Additionally, the platform collaborated with food delivery services to organize 102 delivery companies in signing the industry's first self-regulation pact. These companies pledged to provide transparent job postings, avoid loan inducements for vehicle purchases, refrain from unreasonable fees, and comply with platform regulations.
Furthermore, Kanzhun Limited continues to enforce strict controls requiring recruiters to disclose "real salary ranges" in job postings, ensuring a fair and transparent hiring environment.
