HKT Announces Leadership Change: Catherine Tsang Named Company Secretary and Authorised Representative

HKT Trust and its associated entity HKT Limited (collectively “HKT”) have confirmed a senior management transition effective 15 October 2026. Vanessa Cheung will step down as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, relinquishing her roles as Authorised Representative of both entities and as the Company’s Process Agent under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. Cheung has stated she holds no disagreements with either board, and both boards have expressed appreciation for her contributions.

Catherine Tsang, a solicitor and member of The Law Society of Hong Kong, will assume the positions of Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent on the same date. Tsang joined the PCCW Group in 2022 and brings more than 25 years of combined legal and company secretarial experience to her new responsibilities.

The boards of HKT Management Limited (trustee-manager of HKT Trust) and HKT Limited remain chaired by Executive Chairman Richard Li Tzar Kai, with Susanna Hui Hon Hing serving as Group Managing Director. The announcement was issued in Hong Kong on 15 October 2026.
