On September 16, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 1.24 million H shares of Fuyao Glass (03606) off-exchange. The transaction, involving non-cash assets as consideration, reflected the cessation of a security interest in the shares. As a result, BlackRock’s long position ratio decreased.
Prior to the disposal, BlackRock’s long position in Fuyao Glass stood at 37.38 million shares, representing 6.16% of the H shares; following the disposal, the holding changed to 36.14 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 5.96%.
