YOFC Announces Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director Song Wei

YOFC (06869) has issued an announcement stating that the board of directors of Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company (the Company) announced (i) the resignation of Mr. Song Wei from his positions as an Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Board's Audit Committee, and (ii) the resignation of Mr. Teng Binsheng from his positions as an Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Strategy Committee. The resignations were submitted as their respective tenures have reached the statutory maximum limit stipulated by the "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other applicable regulations.
