Kweichow Moutai's 2025 Annual Report Preview: Operating Revenue Reaches Approximately 172.1 Billion Yuan, Demonstrating Solid Fundamentals and Resilience

On the evening of April 16, Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. released its 2025 annual report. The report indicates that the company achieved a total operating revenue of 172.054 billion yuan in 2025, with a total profit of 114.755 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of 82.32 billion yuan. Revenue from Moutai liquor reached 146.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.39%. The sales volume of Moutai liquor was approximately 46,800 tons, an increase of 0.73% compared to the previous year, effectively stabilizing the core business operations and fully demonstrating its resilience. Revenue from the Moutai sauce-flavored series liquor was 22.275 billion yuan, with a sales volume of approximately 38,400 tons, a year-on-year increase of 3.88%, highlighting the continued strength of its competitive moat. The cash balance at the end of 2025 was 126.426 billion yuan, indicating ample cash flow.

The annual report of Kweichow Moutai also disclosed a cash dividend distribution of 35.033 billion yuan for the 2025 fiscal year. The total cash dividend for the full year is projected to be 65.033 billion yuan, accounting for 79% of the net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders. This represents a 4 percentage point increase in the dividend payout ratio compared to the previous year, maintaining a high level of profit distribution to shareholders.
