China Renaissance Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1911) reported that Mininglamp Technology (Stock Code: 2718), an investee company of Huaxing Growth Capital Fund, has successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The fund co-led Mininglamp Technology’s Series C financing in 2017 and took part in an additional financing round in 2019, citing continued confidence in the team’s technological capabilities and business model. According to the announcement dated November 3, 2025, China Renaissance Holdings Limited extends its congratulations to Mininglamp Technology on the successful listing.
