Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO) announced a delay in issuing its shareholder circular related to the planned investment and construction of the Guinea Alumina Project, as well as the option for additional equity participation by the Guinean party.

Originally scheduled for release on or before 10 August 2026, the circular is now expected to be dispatched no later than 30 November 2026. The company cited the need for additional time to prepare and finalize the required information as the reason for the postponement.
