HTSC Publishes 2025 AGM Documents and Switches to Mandatory E-Delivery of Corporate Communications

Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (carrying on business in Hong Kong as HTSC) released its Notice, Circular and Proxy Form for the 2025 Annual General Meeting on 4 June 2026. The full English and Chinese versions are now accessible on both the HKEXnews website and the company’s website.

In line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, HTSC confirmed the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Key details are as follows:

1. Access to Materials • All notices, reports, circulars, proxy forms and other shareholder documents will be provided online only. • Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon individual shareholder request.

2. Shareholder Action Required • Registered holders are encouraged to submit a valid email address by scanning a personalised QR code or returning a reply form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. • Without a functional email address on record, shareholders will not receive electronic publication notifications and must proactively check the designated websites. • Actionable corporate communications (documents requiring voting or election instructions) will continue to be dispatched in hard copy, as prescribed by the Listing Rules.

3. Opt-In for Hard Copies • Shareholders preferring printed communications may file a written request or reply form; the election remains effective for one year unless amended earlier.
