Stock News06-22

ENERGY INTINV (HKEX: 00353) has issued a profit alert announcement, providing financial forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.

Compared to the previous fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, the group anticipates that for the 2026 fiscal year it will record: (i) an increase in revenue and gross profit of approximately HK$248 million and HK$165 million, respectively. This is primarily attributed to the consolidation of the operating performance and financial position of Prosperous Splendor Global Limited and its subsidiaries, effective from the concert party agreement dated November 20, 2025.

(ii) The 2026 fiscal year is expected to record a fair value loss on investment properties of approximately HK$62 million, contrasting with a fair value gain of about HK$541 million in the 2025 fiscal year.

(iii) An increase in impairment losses of approximately HK$109 million under the expected credit loss model for trade receivables and lease receivables, prepayments and other receivables, and financial guarantee liabilities.

(iv) A decrease in deferred tax expenses of about HK$157 million, mainly due to changes in the fair value of investment properties.

(v) Following the completion in April 2025 of the acquisition of an additional 29.83% equity interest in Shandong Shun Dong Port Co., Ltd., the group's shareholding percentage in this key subsidiary, Shun Dong Port, has increased from 55.17% to 85%. This acquisition grants voting and ordinary dividend rights.

Due to the combined impact of the factors listed above, the group expects to record a net profit for the 2026 fiscal year in the range of HK$68 million to HK$78 million. This compares to a net profit of approximately HK$467 million for the 2025 fiscal year.

Consequently, the profit attributable to the company's owners for the 2026 fiscal year is forecast to be between HK$62 million and HK$70 million. This represents a significant decrease from the approximately HK$256 million recorded for the 2025 fiscal year.
