    this is a short term impact but it is likely that the chip shortages will drag into 2023 given the current situations. it will be worth our time to monitor this as chips go beyond automobiles. we still need to quantify the impact of this power outage and receive assurance that the company has applied necessary corrective and preventive actions after identifying the causes.
