China Isotope & Radiation Corporation (CIRC) released an announcement dated 26 May 2026 detailing the composition of its Board of Directors and the allocation of roles across six specialised committees.
The Board now comprises 10 members: three Executive Directors (Xiao Yafei, Zhang Junqi and Huo Yingying), three Non-executive Directors (Chen Zan, Ding Jianmin and Chang Jinyu) and four Independent Non-executive Directors (Poon Chiu Kwok, Chen Jingshan, Lu Chuang and An Rui).

Committee Leadership Highlights • Independent directors head several core oversight bodies, underscoring a balanced governance framework. • Executive Director Xiao Yafei serves on multiple committees and holds chair roles in several strategic and governance-focused panels, ensuring alignment between board oversight and corporate strategy. • Independent Non-executive Directors Poon Chiu Kwok, Chen Jingshan and Lu Chuang each chair at least one committee, enhancing supervisory independence.
