The vertically integrated cannabis operator Trulieve Cannabis Corp has announced its inclusion in TIME magazine's 2026 roster of America's Best Companies.
This annual list, compiled by TIME in collaboration with professional research partners, recognizes the top 1,000 U.S. companies. The selection process involves a rigorous, data-driven evaluation across three key pillars: employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sustainability transparency.
Employee satisfaction was analyzed using approximately 217,000 survey responses, covering metrics like workplace culture, compensation, working conditions, and employer reputation. Financial performance was assessed through multi-year data analysis of revenue growth, profitability, and asset performance, with companies required to have a minimum of $100 million in revenue to qualify.
From a pool of over 7,200 eligible companies, Trulieve distinguished itself as one of only two cannabis companies to make the prestigious list. The company's Chief Executive Officer stated that this recognition is a tremendous honor and directly reflects the business's durability, with the achievement underscoring the team's passion and dedication.
Trulieve is a leading U.S. multi-state operator with medical cannabis operations in states including Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The company recently completed its listing on the New York Stock Exchange, becoming the first cannabis company to list on a major U.S. exchange.
