DTXS Silk Road Investment Holdings Company Limited (DTXS Silk Road) submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and compliance with listing requirements.
The company’s authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD0.50, representing HKD2.50 billion in aggregate nominal value.
Issued share capital also remained constant, closing the month at 801.03 million ordinary shares. No treasury shares were held, issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the period. As a result, the group maintained full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float threshold.
There was no activity under share option schemes, warrants, or other equity-linked arrangements in August.
DTXS Silk Road’s outstanding convertible bonds—placed on 13 March 2026 and 2 April 2026—stood at HKD24.21 million. The instruments carry a conversion price of HKD0.95 per share and mature in March and April 2029, respectively. No conversions were recorded in the month under review.
Company Secretary Wong Hong Tak Hagan confirmed that all statutory filings and listing-rule obligations were duly observed.
